Who is Teachie Tings?
Hello there!
Hi there! I’m Ana, an Australian teacher who knows firsthand the challenges of juggling a career in education with a busy family life. With two adorable young babies at home and a classroom filled with eager students, finding that elusive balance between work and personal time was a constant struggle.
Determined to enhance student achievement in my classroom, I took matters into my own hands and started creating my own teaching resources. It didn’t take long for my homemade tools, like the ‘bump it up’ walls and daily math slides, to make a real impact. However, as my passion project started to take over my home life, I realised that fellow teachers could benefit from these resources too. That’s when Teachie Tings was born!
Today, I’m proud to say that I run Teachie Tings full-time, and my mission is clear: to empower educators by providing affordable access to the resources they need to inspire and educate the next generation. Let’s make teaching a little easier and a lot more fun together! 🍎✏️ #TeachieTings
