Are your students writing holiday recounts? This resource will support them to write a short recount detailing what they did on their holiday, and who with.

• A holiday recount mat, with room for students to add picture cards – print on coloured card for durability.
• Picture cards for where and who (the park, the movies, grandma, a friend etc)
• Handwriting scaffolds in state fonts – students can complete the gaps using the support of the picture cards or without.
